Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings made on Kipos are subject to these terms and conditions. You are kindly asked to take a moment to read them carefully prior to your booking. By completing a reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted the below policies.

CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Check-In time: 16:00
  • Check-Out time: 11:00 (Covid-19 measure)

PAYMENT POLICY

  • In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required (when choosing the bank transfer option).
  • The remaining amount should be settled 1 month prion your check-in.
  • A valid form of identification (ID, Passport, Driving Licence) is required upon check in.

CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY

  • For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, the deposit or the total booking cost is refunded in full.
  • For cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit or the total cost of your booking is refunded by 50%.
  • For cancellations less than 13 days before arrival or in case of non-show or early departure, the deposit or the total cost of your booking is not refunded.

PETS POLICY

  • Pets are allowed with an extra charge.
  • Pet accommodation is for all nights and the price is per pet.
  • The use of beds, sunbeds and other furniture as well as the use of the swimming pool by pets is not allowed.
  • The owners are responsible for the observance of the rules and the collection of feces from the surrounding area.
  • Pets are allowed ONLY at the outside specified space for them (pets house) for hygiene reasons.
  • Food-water bowls are provided.
  • No other hygiene items for animals are provided (toilet, sand,etc).
  • Auxiliary animals are hosted for free.

Additional charges may apply in case of non-compliance with the rules.

    SMOKING POLICY

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the rooms.

      PERSONAL ITEMS

      • Guests are responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safekeeping of their personal and/ or valuables, money, etc. Kipos shall accept no liability for loss, destruction or damage.

      DAMAGE PROTECTION

      • Damage to the place or belongings caused by a guest (or others)
      • Missing items
      • Unexpected cleaning costs incur due to the behavior of a guest (or others) or pet damage during your stay e.g. removing smoke odor, extra pool cleaning or replacing a sofa because a dog chewed it up.
      • Income lost in case we have to cancel confirmed bookings due to one of the cases above caused by another guest (or others)
