Check-in time?
Your check in time is any time after 4pm and can be completed through the self check in process. Please let us know what time you would like to check in. We may be able to attend, welcome you and guide you at our space.
If for any reason you would like to check in earlier please let us know and we may he able to accommodate you depending the availability.
Check-out time?
Your check out is until 11am. We do our best to accommodate late check-outs depending the availability.
Before your check out, please ensure all the simple tasks that can be found on your welcome guide are completed.
Is there a wireless Internet connection?
A wireless hi-speed (100Mbps) internet connection is available throughout the space.
Is the Villa completely private?
Yes it is! The whole Villa is completely yours.
What time does the pool open and close?
The pool is open 24 hours a day (Non heated)
*Note that at the space there is not a lifeguard. For your safety you are kindly requested to respect the pool rules that you will find at the pool area.
What is the closest airport - port?
The nearest airports of the country are:

Are parties, events or the use of the space for advertising-other purposes allowed?
Kipos is available for your special events and occasions only upon special request.
Additional charges may apply in the event of non-compliance.
Does at the space run a CCTV system?
We respect your privacy. A 24/7 camera surveillance system works at the OPEN area for monitoring the safety of our property.
Monitoring is only possible locally and the footage is kept until your check out.
