You are kindly asked to take a moment to read them carefully prior to your booking. By completing a reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted the below policies.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>CHECK-IN POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-In time: 16:00<\/li>\n<li>Check-Out time: 11:00 (Covid-19 measure)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAYMENT POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required (when choosing the bank transfer option).<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount should be settled 1 month prion your check-in.<\/li>\n<li>A valid form of identification (ID, Passport, Driving Licence) is required upon check in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, the deposit or the total booking cost is refunded in full.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit or the total cost of your booking is refunded by 50%.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations less than 13 days before arrival or in case of non-show or early departure, the deposit or the total cost of your booking is not refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"-webkit-user-select: auto;\">PETS POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pets are allowed with an extra charge.<\/li>\n<li>Pet accommodation is for all nights and the price is per pet.<\/li>\n<li>The use of beds, sunbeds and other furniture as well as the use of the swimming pool by pets is not allowed. <\/li>\n<li>The owners are responsible for the observance of the rules and the collection of feces from the surrounding area. <\/li>\n<li>Pets are allowed ONLY at the outside specified space for them (pets house) for hygiene reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Food-water bowls are provided.<\/li>\n<li>No other hygiene items for animals are provided (toilet, sand,etc).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: inherit;\">Auxiliary animals are hosted for free.<\/span><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: inherit;\">Additional charges may apply in case of non-compliance with the rules.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>SMOKING POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );
